Sheryl underwood is a stand-up comedian, television host, as well as an actor in the US. She's best known for her work as The Talk's co-host on the daytime. She was born and brought up within Little Rock. Sheryl was raised in the midst of a challenging family. Sheryl was raised by her sibling Frankie. Frankie had suffered with her own illness called Polio. She faced a lot of problems with her mother as she was growing to. Sheryl says that at one point her mother cut her dad for being too close to him. Sheryl was a college graduate when she, joined the army. Sheryl's interest lay with comedy. She became the first female winner of the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. Her TV professional career started in 1992, as a performer for the HBO comedy show Def Comedy Jam. She also appeared in 2000 as host of the television program Oh Drama! Since 2011 she has been being a co-host for The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. In addition she has also appeared in a variety of fictional characters on series such as Bulworth Nikki and Beauty Shop.
