He was also producer in charge of the films and was awarded an Emmy nomination for the part. Selleck is a police chief who belongs to a multigenerational officer family in Blue Bloods. The drama premiered on CBS in the year 2010 and was then renewed. He was also a part of the critically-acclaimed comedy Three Men and a Baby featuring Ted Danson and Steve Guttenberg. The comedy became the top-grossing film.
